5. Listing activities
Activity standards
Your listing must accurately describe the activity, including:
- The activity type, age range, and difficulty.
- The venue, schedule, and duration.
- What to bring and any prerequisites.
- The credit price (set via SmartRate or your session price).
Capacity
You set the total capacity for each session and how many spots are reserved for Frolic Kids members. You are responsible for managing your own direct enrollments separately.
Schedule
You must keep your session schedule up to date. If you cancel a session, parents are notified and their credits are returned automatically.
6. Bookings and cancellations
Member bookings
When a member books your session, you will see the booking in your roster with the child's name, allergies, medical conditions, and emergency contact for that session.
Cancellations by the provider
If you cancel a session, members' credits are returned automatically and you are not paid for that session. Repeated cancellations may result in your listing being paused.
Cancellations by the member
- More than 12 hours before the session: credits returned, you are not paid.
- Within 12 hours: credits forfeited, you are still paid for the spot.
7. Payouts
Rate
You have a confidential rate floor agreed with Frolic Kids. For each booking, you are paid the higher of:
- Your rate floor, or
- The member's credits multiplied by the payout rate per credit.
Schedule
Payouts are made via Stripe Connect on your chosen schedule (fortnightly or monthly). You are responsible for setting up and maintaining your Stripe account.
Tax
You are responsible for your own tax obligations, including GST and income tax. Frolic Kids does not withhold tax on your behalf.
8. Payments via Stripe
You must maintain a Stripe Connect account in good standing to receive payouts. If your Stripe account is suspended or cannot receive funds, payouts are held until the issue is resolved.
9. Your obligations
You agree to:
- Deliver activities as described in your listing.
- Arrive on time and prepared.
- Treat all children and families with respect and without discrimination.
- Maintain appropriate insurance.
- Keep your listing information, schedule, and capacity up to date.
- Respond to parent messages in a timely manner.
- Not solicit Frolic Kids members to book directly outside the platform.
10. Data and privacy
You may view a child's name, allergies, medical conditions, and emergency contact only for sessions you are delivering. You must not:
- Use this information for any purpose other than delivering the session safely.
- Share this information with anyone who does not need it for the session.
- Retain this information after the session has ended.
You must comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles in your handling of any personal information you access through Frolic Kids.

13. Term and termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by giving written notice. On termination:
- Your listings are removed from the platform.
- You are paid for any sessions already delivered.
